Andover, MinnesotaWe had a short visit today with Mike and Carissa and Josiah, Jonah, Tirzah, Solomon, Talia, and Jonathan. Talk about Souvenirs!
Carissa is the greatest cook! We enjoyed our stay so much and realized it is ONLY a two day drive to Minnesota! Some of our favorite goodies were home made bread, whole wheat cinnamon rolls, chicken enchiladas. Carissa packed up a delicious lunch to take on the road with us. Tirzah introduced me to "scruffins" from the Farmer's market - a cross between raspberry scones and raspberry muffins. We also ate those on the road in Montana somewhere.
That was fun!!! April seems so far away!
