Walker and the Yule log...

Here is Walker about to put last year's Christmas Tree into the woodstove! The first thing he did when he got home was go get a haircut! He actually trimmed his own hair last time because the girl who has done it before was studying for finals and couldn't take the time. The barber said she would have to cut it extra short to correct the "damage" and that was fine by Walker!

Here is the log, with its ribbon, going into the stove! HOT! I don't know how Phil keeps track of it, but I am sure that is last year's tree!

Now we have the last of the old tree burning, and the new tree all ornamented in the living room. Nice tradition.

Walker had a relaxing day today, but last night went to his friend's house for dinner, board games, and a church group meeting. His friend scraped together enough candy to allow Walker to participate in a gift exchange and that was a lot of fun. He had a great time.
